Terms, plainly.

These are the terms of use for the NoTicket app and this website. By using either, you agree to them. We wrote them in plain language on purpose - if anything is unclear, ask us.

What NoTicket is

NoTicket helps you save where you parked, understand NYC street-cleaning rules for that curb, and get reminders before you need to move your car. It is a reminder tool, not a guarantee.

The signs are the final word

NoTicket reads official NYC data and does its best to warn you in time, but rules change, temporary signs go up, GPS drifts, and no detection or data source is perfect. Checking the posted signs at the curb, deciding where to park, and moving your car are your responsibility. NoTicket and its creators are not liable for parking tickets, fines, towing, or other penalties, or for any damages arising from your use of the app. The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

NoTicket Pro subscriptions

Accounts and car sharing

Most of NoTicket works without an account. Signing in (with Apple or email) backs up your spot and lets you share one car with people you invite. Only share an invite link with people you trust - everyone in a shared car sees the same parking spot. You can delete your account and its data from inside the app at any time.

Fair use

Don't abuse the service: no scraping, reverse engineering, reselling, or using NoTicket in a way that breaks the law or degrades it for others. We may suspend access that does.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When the changes are meaningful, we will say so in the app or by email. Continuing to use NoTicket after an update means you accept the new terms.
